Hear the voices of men and women from past to present speaking out against racism, hatred, slavery and apartheid. The profound words of these courageous individuals still give meaning to our lives:
Elizabeth Stanton, abolitionist and women’s rights reformer
Mahatma Gandhi, Indian civil rights reformer
Olaudah Equiano, former slave
Desmond Tutu, African civil rights reformer.
Featuring Creative Expressions Dance Studio and the Flint Jubilee Chorale.
With traditional spirituals and gospel music, as well as choreographed dance, this moving event challenges our global community to Lift Ev’ry Voice!
