Flint School of Performing Arts Summer Programs are the perfect way to open up a whole new world of music and dance for beginners, or provide a fun, yet challenging environment for students who already have experience.

Classes take place right in the heart of the Flint Cultural Center with a professional staff of performers/instructors.

Become a part of the great things happening at Michigan’s largest performing arts school.

Magnus Midwest Dance Intensive

The Flint Cultural Center Corporation and the FSPA, collaborate each year to hold the Magnus Midwest dance Intensive, formerly the Joffrey Midwest Workshop. Dancers age 12 to 20 come to the Cultural Center for an intensive four-week program. Students are selected by a national audition tour. Open master classes are held the first week of the Intensive. The Intensive culminates in a public performance at The Whiting. For more information please visit their website.
