The Flint Cultural Center Corporation and the FSPA, in partnership with the Joffrey Ballet School, collaborate each year to hold the Joffrey Midwest Workshop. Dancers age 12 to 20 come to the Cultural Center for an intensive four-week program. Students are selected by a national audition tour. Open master classes are held the first week of the Workshop. The Workshop culminates in a public performance at The Whiting.
