Be one of the FSPA’s most important ambassadors as part of Music on the Move! FSPA individual students and ensembles travel throughout the area to perform for a variety of groups from civic organizations like Rotary and Kiwanis Clubs to the Children’s Champion Awards Breakfast. More than 50 concerts are performed each year. There is a $150 fee for each performance.

The Flint School of Performing Arts is committed to offering arts programming for all ages, abilitites and socio-economic status.  To reach all the individuals in our diverse community, the FSPA offers a variety of tuition free programs.

Earn an FSPA Certificate and you know you’ve accomplished a lot! The program requires a comprehensive one-year course of study at the FSPA, including private lessons, theory classes and participation in ensembles, recitals and other performances.

The FSPA has a long relationship with this outstanding music institution that assists in the education of more than a quarter of a million students annually. Each spring, FSPA students and others in the north central U.S. take the prestigious examination for the Royal Conservatory of Music Certificate—providing yet another way for you to challenge yourself and excel!
