The PIT & Student Swap

What is the PIT?
A great place just for students to go during intermission at Flint Symphony Orchestra concerts.

Do I have to buy a ticket?
You have to buy a ticket to the FSO concert, but the PIT is FREE!

I don’t have much money.
Is there a deal on tickets?

Absolutely! You can get a ticket for just $7.50! And it gets better! With the Student Swap, you can exchange your ticket an hour before the concert for seats up front on the main floor… while they last, of course.

Why go?
Wow, where to begin!

  • Great door prizes like CDs, dinner for two at a Blue Collar Gourmet restaurant, FSO tickets, PIT shirts
  • Free food
  • A cool place to hang out with your friends
  • The chance to meet symphony musicians

I’m taking a music class.
How can the PIT help?

This is the place to be! You get a program with loads of info when you come to the concert. Plus, the free Pre-Concert Talk, held one hour before the performance, will give you the low-down about the music and the composers. Everything you need for a paper is right there!
